More on being a father and a youth pastor...
My 22-month old daughter, Bethany, loves to visit me in my office, because she has her own white board that she can reach and color on with the markers. She's usually pretty great at just drawing on the board, aside from accidentally coloring her face from time to time. Today, I turned around and she had lovingly drawn on my office wall with dry erase marker. 409 wouldn't clean it. Alcohol removes the paint. Now I get to tell our facilities manager why part of my wall needs to be painted over. But somehow, it all still makes me smile...
