My answer: I feel great about a youth group or youth meeting if I know this has occurred... "students, seeking, Jesus"

Explanation: When I feel like students are really seeking the Truth (whether they're "there" yet or not), I feel really good about things. It lets me know that we're probably on the right track, but it also reminds me that it's God that gives the growth, and I need to continue to follow his lead in what he's doing.
